The full name is driver on board, it’s also called as driverless. It is small enough which facilitates transportation and storage. 1. DOB driver is equipped with smart IC which control the inner current for LED lighting products. Compared to traditional constant current driver, there is no transformer, also much less components as CCD version (constant current driver). As all know, the less components means the less chance for faulty and more stable for electrical products. Also, DOB adopts solid type of components, which is much better than liquid form. For example, the capacitor is very easy to explode which will cause the light failed. Whatever lifetime or stability, the DOB is better than traditional driver. The lifetime for our IC solution is 100,000-30,0000 hours.

We have special function design on the IC, which offers over heat protection. When the temperature on PCB or chip beyond the safe level, the IC will automatically reduce the power of the product, then it will cool down and back to safe level. This feature has a great protective effect on the product.

3. Our DOB also has surge protection, the normal standard is 2~3KV, we can get to 4Kv, which provide with excellent protection as well.
