In order to ensure the continuous, appropriate and effective operation of the company's quality management system, LONG SUN successfully completed the ISO9001:2015 internal audit of this year from 22nd to 23rd June as planned.

From Feb 2020, COVID-19 has been spreading around the world. After the epidemic eased in China, the workers returned to work and students returned to school. However, LONG SUN ISO internal audit which LONG SUN usually start in May each year was delayed by one month, Also, to reduce the meeting gathering, the internal audit and management review which was conducted separately were combined into one this year.

During this audit, LONG SUN inspected the quality management activities and results of which carried out by functional departments and production workshops involved in the quality management system, and the team organized forces to correct and prevent problems in time, and provided basis for improvement at the same time.

There were 9 internal auditors participated in the internal audit, which was divided into four groups and lasted two days. The team has audited 11 departments and production workshops as well as their top management and representatives.

At the final meeting, the members of the internal audit found and discussed the problems by group, which have been to posted to all functional departments, then, they proposed the rectification requirements of non-conformance terms accordingly.

It is reported that the internal audit found 22 points of non-conformity, 1 unqualified item, and other 21 items, most of which were rectified on site, only 1 item left as observation and will be further improved in the future.

LONG SUN instructs the related departments to correct nonconformance as soon as possible in accordance with the company's quality management regulations, and improve the revision of the basic system, strengthen the execution of quality procedures, ensure the smooth operation of the ISO quality management system.
