  • What is the Difference Between LM-79, LM-80 and TM-21
From the customer survey report, many customers are easy to confuse LM80, LM79, and L70 or assume they test the same measure in an LED product. Although all of them are used when discussing LEDs, they are not related measurements.

  • How can I dim the LED high bay Lights?
How can I dim the LED high bay Lights?
ED high bay lights use signal based dimming, this is known as 0-10V dimming, you get dimming levels from 0% equals to OFF, going through 1% to 100% full brightness using 1V to 10V signal. The amount from one to ten volts signal tells the LED driver how bright it should be, actually the driver does the dimming.

  • How Are LED Chips Made?
    How Are LED Chips Made?
LED chip manufacturing is mainly to manufacture effective and reliable low-ohmic contact electrodes, and can meet the relatively small voltage drop between contactable materials and provide pressure pads for bonding wires.

  • The Key Metrics for Measuring LED Grow Light
The Key Metrics for Measuring LED Grow Light
Photosynthetically active radiation, also known as PAR, light is the wavelengths of light that plants use in photosynthesis. These are the wavelengths of light from 400 to 700 nanometers (nm). This spectral range is close to the range of light that the human eye can see.  PAR is not a measurement but the type of light that plants need to grow. To compare LED lights, the three most important things to look at are PPFD (photosynthetic pfd), PPF (photosynthetic photon flux), and PPF Efficacy (photosynthetic photon flux efficacy). PPF is a way to determine how much PAR is emitted from a lighting fixture every second. It is measured in micromoles per second (mol/s).

  • 5000K vs. 6500K for Plants – Which One Should You Use
5000K vs. 6500K for Plants – Which One Should You Use
5000K is more similar to morning or evening sunlight while 6500K mimics midday sunlight. In general, plants can survive within the color temperature range of 2700K-7000K, so both 5000K and 6500K are within an acceptable range.
